                During my studies in Business and Administration Management with a specialization in Human Resources, I’ve had the opportunity to develop both analytical and interpersonal skills. My previous experiences — particularly my internship in Human Resources within a public organization — allowed me to take part in projects related to employee motivation, onboarding, and internal communication. I also worked on the organization of training sessions and initiatives focused on employee engagement. In parallel, my various roles in customer service and communication helped me strengthen my sense of teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail — qualities that I believe are essential in HR. My professional goal is to build a career in Human Resources, more specifically in Talent Development and Recruitment.
