My name is Françoise-Axelle OBAME ONDO. I am currently a first-year student in a double degree in Applied Foreign Languages and International Relations at L’université Catholique de Lyon. As part of the validation of my first year, I am required to complete an internship in an English-speaking environment. I chose to apply for an internship in the hospitality sector because I believe it offers a unique opportunity to work in a truly international and multicultural setting. Hospitality brings together people from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds on a daily basis. Through this experience, I aim to develop my intercultural skills, improve my communication abilities in English, and become more comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. These competencies are essential in the field of International Relations, where understanding cultural differences and adapting to diverse environments are key assets.
