Hello, my name is Guy Carla. From 2021 to 2024, I completed an intensive three-year preparatory program for entrance to French engineering schools, with a strong focus on Physics and Chemistry. From 2024 to 2027, I am a student at ENSGTI (National Graduate School of Industrial Technology Engineering), specializing in Process Engineering (GP). Regarding my internship experience, I completed an internship at Pernod Ricard in Thuir, in the south of France. During this internship, I participated in R&D activities, including the monitoring of an industrial trial for an international subsidiary, a pilot trial on tangential microfiltration, and various laboratory-scale R&D projects. I also assisted the production, flavor development, and laboratory analysis teams. In parallel, I have seasonal employment experience in wine sales, working in my family wine cellar since summer 2021. Currently, I am a second-year engineering student specializing in Process Engineering at ENSGTI in Pau, in the south of France, and I am seeking a four-month internship starting in June 2026. I am highly interested in the pharmaceutical and agri-food industries, while remaining open to discovering other fields.
