I'm a second-year MA Business with Decision Analytics student at the University of Edinburgh with a strong interest in using data to improve business decisions and operations. Alongside my studies, I've gained experience in leadership, project management and stakeholder engagement through volunteering and part-time work. I currently lead the business team at Poha, a student-led initiative developing online education programmes for Afghan students, where I oversee operations, volunteer management and strategic projects. I'm looking for internships in business analytics, operations, supply chain, logistics or project management. I'm open to opportunities across the UK, particularly with startups where I can take ownership, solve real business problems and learn from experienced teams. I'm seeking internships lasting around 8–12 weeks during summer 2027, but I'm also open to part-time opportunities during the academic year. I bring a combination of analytical skills, adaptability and a proactive mindset. I'm comfortable working with Excel (Power Query, PivotTables and dashboards), SQL and Python to analyse data and communicate insights. Beyond technical skills, I've led teams, recruited and supported more than 80 volunteers, managed partnerships with universities and external organisations, and delivered projects from planning through implementation. I enjoy learning quickly, taking initiative and working in fast-paced environments where I can contribute across multiple areas.
